Baseload Training Academy ("we," "us") provides a self-paced, self-study online training program covering power plant Auxiliary Operator concepts (the "Course"). Purchasing the Course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Course content for your own individual learning use.
The Course and any certificate of completion it generates are knowledge-based and self-attested. They are not an accredited educational credential, a government or regulatory license, OSHA authorization for any specific task, or a union apprenticeship qualification. They do not substitute for your employer's own site-specific qualification, sign-off, or on-the-job training requirements.
The Course is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access, processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not directly store your payment card details.
If you're not satisfied with the Course, email baseloadtraining@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you directly on a resolution.
The Course is provided "as is." While we make a good-faith effort to keep content accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Course is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular certification, licensing, or employment purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseload Training Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including employment decisions made on the basis of Course completion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
