Progress is tracked locally in this browser and is specific to how these files are opened. If you access modules individually from the Files app, each may track separately — for progress to aggregate here reliably, keep all files together in one folder and open them consistently, or host them on a shared web server (e.g. an LMS or GitHub Pages).
